I had a fun discussion about casseroles with the guys in the office today. I was surprised to hear their take on them.

Apparently, the idea of a casserole for dinner doesn't really get them very excited. I was surprised because I am just the opposite.

My mom invented this Pork Chop Casserole recipe that is to die for! She also makes this Tuna Casserole recipe that is excellent--my mouth is watering just thinking about it!

So, what do you think?
