Do any of your subscribers know of a substitute for shellfish-i.e. shrimp or scallops. I see many interesting recipes that I'd like to convert for my kosher kitchen.

Carolyn Ruth wrote an answer to this reader's question: "Hi, I saw your note on DVO, and you may have already thought of this, or had others write to you. Couldn't you use fish? So many varieties are available today. I use the imitation crabmeat, made from whitefish and find it very good. Hope this helps."
