1 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup coffee instant powder or granules
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
Miniature marshmallows or whipped cream (optional)
* A comforting brew for a cold winter's evening or any special moment. Place dry milk, sugar, coffee powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a blender container. Cover and blend until very fine.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
Use 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture (more for a heartier flavor) for each cup of boiling water and stir well. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream if desired.
Pack mix in a fancy tin or a decorated instant coffee jar. Label with instructions for use. Add a small spoon or some cinnamon sticks tied with a narrow ribbon.
