This is the best Nutty Fruit Mix recipe on the web!!* See note below. _ cup peanuts _ cup cashew nuts _ cup raisins golden _ cup mixed dried fruit chopped ___ cup shelled pumpkin seeds or sunflower kernels ___ cup coconut dried chips * Put this together a month before the holidays, place in recloseable plastic bags and tuck into decorative tins. A favorite at parties as well as for gifts. In a medium bowl, mix nuts, raisins, dried fruit, seeds and coconut. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Can be made up to 1 month before using. Place mix in a decorative glass container with a lid or arrange in a wooden snack bowl with individually wrapped Christmas candies.
