Italian Salad

The combination of ingredients is perfet, sweet, salty, creamy and all with a crunch!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
2 heads butter lettuce, cored and leaves separated
2 cups chopped hearts of palm
1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
1/4 cup jarred sliced roasted peppers, drained and chopped
1/2 cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
8 slices prosciutto
1/2 cup shaved parmesan


Directions:
For the dressing: Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, oregano, paprika, pepper and hot sauce in a bowl and mix to combine.

For the assembly: Arrange the lettuce on a platter. Drizzle about half of the dressing over the lettuce. Sprinkle the hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto and shaved Parmesan evenly over the greens. Serve the remaining dressing on the side.
