Ingredients:

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
3 cups mini-marshmallows
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
5 cups rice krispies cereal
1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup white chocolate chips, divided
1 tablespoon heavy cream

Directions:

Lightly coat an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking constantly, until the foam subsides and the butter begins to turn a golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon and salt.

In a large bowl, combine browned butter mixture and marshmallows. Add Rice Krispies cereal and gently toss to combine. Stir in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.

Spread Rice Krispies mixture into the prepared baking dish.

To make the glaze, microwave remaining 1/3 white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a small bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth, about 1 minute.

Spread the glaze evenly over the top.

Let cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or until the glaze is set, before cutting into bars.
