Quick and Easy Sauteed Spinach

Serves: 4

Fresh spinach is cooked in olive oil with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese in this recipe. Don't overcook the spinach and your family will love it.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 (10-ounce) bag organic spinach leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach to the skillet and cover; allow to cook 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic salt and cover again for another 5 minutes; remove from heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
