Strawberries With Mascarpone and Greek Yogurt

Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 cups | greek yogurt, plain or vanilla |
| 3/4 cup | mascarpone cheese |
| 2 teaspoons | vanilla extract |
| 1 pound | strawberries, stemmed and sliced |
| 1/4 cup | sugar, preferably turbinado |
Directions:
Mix yogurt and mascarpone cheese with vanilla extract. When ready to serve, spoon a dollop of the yogurt mixture on each of 6 dessert plates. Garnish with strawberries; sprinkle each with 2 teaspoons of sugar and serve.
