Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Serves 8

Ingredients:

1-1/2 pounds potatoes, cut up, about 4 cups
1/2 pound baby carrot
1 cup cheese whiz
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons green onions sliced, or chopped chives

PLACE potatoes and carrots in large saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low cook 20 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.

DRAIN well. Return to saucepan and ADD Cheez Whiz, bacon bits and milk. Mash well. Top with sliced green onions or chives.
