Vineyard Salad

Serves 4


1 head green leaf lettuce (or other desired greens)
1 tart chopped apple
1 1/2 cups grilled chicken breasts (can use canned)
1/4 cup craisens
1 cup shredded Parmesan (or other cheese)
slivered almonds
Raspberry Viniagrette or other favorite dressing

Chop greens and then add chicken, diced apple, craisins, chease, and top with almonds and dressing.
