Give-Aways

I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

Besides being low in fat, this simple sipper is a calcium powerhouse. To triple the calcium hit, use calcium-fortified orange juice instead of the pineapple juice.

1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup cut-up mangos or peach
1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/4 cup pineapple juice

1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed about 45 seconds or until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.
