Creamy Fruit Salad

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
4 apples, cored, peeled and diced
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup sour cream


Combine fruit in a large serving bowl; set aside. Whisk milk, orange juice and pudding mix together until smooth; stir in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture; cover and refrigerate until serving.
