Freeze it in Glass

In response to an article in the January issue of the HomeCook'n Newsletter, Lynn shared the following tip:
The use of foil when freezing casseroles is becoming quite a health issue. There have been several studies that show that aluminum foil leaches aluminum into your food (bad) much like cast iron leaches iron into your food (good). The studies show that aluminum causes Alzheimers.
I much prefer old fashioned glass for freezing things. Enjoyed your newsletter.
