I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Cranberry Glazed Turkey

Serves: 6


           Download this recipe.

   1 whole turkey breast tenderloin (about 5 pounds)
   1 12-ounce container cran-orange jellied cranberry sauce
   2 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
   2 tablespoons honey
   2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
   1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
   1 teaspoon rubbed sage
   1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. Place turkey on greased rack in roasting pan
3. Spray turkey with nonstick cooking spray & bake 2 hours and 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink near bone and meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of breast registers 170 degrees.
4. Combine remaining ingredients in blender or food processor.
5. Cover; process until smooth.
6. Generously baste turkey with glaze during last half hour of baking
7. Heat remaining glaze and serve with turkey
