Olive Oil Dip for Italian Bread

Serves: 4

A fun addition of pine nuts makes this dip tastes great with French bread and makes a good salad dressing, too!

Dovetailing Tip: With the saved bread from Meal 2, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the bread, cheese side up, on a baking sheet. Heat for 8-10 minutes, until hot and toasty. Use the bread for dipping in the olive oil.

Heat the 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet. Use a garlic press to press the garlic cloves into the pan. Add the pine nuts to the pan. Saute until tasted, 3-4 minutes.
