Rice Steamer Works for Grains
My rice steamer does not give directions for rye, barley, millet, amaranth, soy, black beans, etc. However, it works very nicely. I follow the instructions for rice. I usually get it started and read the paper. When done I refrigerate and add to meals. I add rye, barley and millet to oatmeal for breakfast. I often add beans to soups for lunch.
