Favorite Barley Lunch
Hi, Dan and Crew!!
I love grains. To fix my barley I make a cup according to package instructions, then while it's cooking I add a small can of mushrooms (stem and pieces, whole, whatever you like) then stir in a little olive oil and some Mrs. Dash. This was an 'experiment' and it's one of my favorite sides. Sometimes a whole lunch.
Just a note to tell you how awesome I think your whole Cook'n idea is. I had a problem or two with my software (maybe it was the operator!) and wrote for help. Russell was so patient and helpful, my software works like a charm now!
I have so many of my Mother's recipes I've kept and now I'm adding them to my collections.
