In a large bowl, combine oat cereal, rice cereal, chow mein noodles and peanuts set aside.
In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in cereal mixture until well coated. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in dried fruit.
Transfer mixture to paper towels and cool.
Store in a large airtight container.
