Prep Time: 20 minutes (ready in 1 hour 10 minutes) - Yield: 6 servings

6 large baking apples
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup real maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup
1/4 cup water

2. In small bowl, combine raisins and cinnamon; fill center of each apple with mixture. Pour maple syrup over apples. Add 1/4 cup water to baking dish.
