I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Pepperoni-Pasta Salad

Serves: 4


  Download this recipe.

1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1 (2 1/2-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup peppercorn-ranch salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large serving bowl, combine vegetables, macaroni and pepperoni. Toss dressing over pasta mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill before serving.
