I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Strawberry-Spinach Salad

Serves: 6

Download this recipe.

8 cups torn fresh spinach or romaine lettuce
1/2 cup poppy seed salad dressing
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1 package Keebler® Club® Original crackers

In large bowl toss spinach or lettuce with dressing. Add strawberries and feta cheese. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with crackers.
