I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Cajun Pork Roast

2 pounds pork loin roast
3 tablespoons paprika
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons thyme
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white peppers
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


1. Combine all seasonings and rub well over all surfaces of roast. Place roast in shallow pan and roast in 350 F. oven for about an hour, until internal temperature is 155 - 160 F

2. Remove from oven, let rest 5 - 10 minutes before slicing.
