I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Bubbly Berries And Grapefruit

Serves: 6


        

  Download this recipe.

2 red grapefruit, halved, seeded, and sectioned
1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed and halved or quartered
1 25-ounce bottle non-alcoholic sparkling white grape juice or cider
Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Alternately spoon the grapefruit sections and the sliced strawberries into 6 goblet glasses until you have enough fruit in each to make a nice serving.

Slowly Pour enough sparkling cider over the fruit to almost cover it. Add a sprig of mint to each goblet, and your treaat is ready to eat.
