I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Chicken Shredding Secret
Notes from Folks...

I just was watching this month's chicken recipe video.

I was wondering what tool Kathy was using to shred chicken.

I just shred it by hand and didn't realize there was some handy tool to make it faster. Please share.


Kathy just uses a fork and knife to shred the chicken. She doesn’t have a tool. Good question though!
