Give-Aways

I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

Estee

A number of the recipes in the diabetic cookbooks use ESTEE products. What can I use as a substitute for them?

CHGEMB

You should try Agave Nectar!

Dan

Without knowing the actual recipe, it is hard to know what to substitute for the Estee product requested. However, you could always substitute the regular product (i.e., replace Estee sugar-free ketchup with Del Monte ketchup), as long as you recognize that you are adding carbohydrates to the meal.

If you wish to buy sugar free products and the Estee food line isn't available in your area, you can order foods or request catalogs from the following websites:

https://www.childrenwithdiabetes.com/d_08_500.htm
https://www.sugarlessshop.com
https://www.perfectlysweet.com
https://www.diabetesmonitor.com/sugar-fr.htm

Hope this helps,
