Hiding Vegetables

Several months ago there was a newsletter that had ideas about how to get children to eat vegetables, ie "hiding" them in their food.

I didn't save it at the time and now I am wishing that I did as my grandson doesn't seem to like or want to eat his vegetables, at the time I thought there were some very good ideas in the article.
