Powdered Sugar Tip

Dear Dan,

First, thank you for the wonderful recipes you keep sending me. I wanted to give you a hint you might try the next time you are making any icing like the one for the oreo cookies that has powdered sugar in them.

Place the bowl into your sink before you start beating. Just make sure there is no water running and then the mess will be contained in the sink and you can just rinse it out.

I make a carrot cake that is widely requested by friends and family and when I make the icing that's what I do.
