Juice to Enjoy

Drinking fresh juice does not have to be like taking medicine. You haven’t lived till you’ve had a fresh glass of orange juice—I mean really fresh. It’s a little cup of heaven, and a great way to start your morning. I am a huge fan of orange anything. While juicing oranges throw in a grapefruit, or a handful of strawberries, or any kind of berry mix. Along with your juice eat a whole banana and a piece of whole grain toast--now that’s a great breakfast.
Here are a few juice recipes to tickle your taste buds. Remember that when juicing you never really need to follow a recipe, just throw in what ever sounds good. Juicing recipes are more of just suggestions than anything else. Have fun with your juicer.
1 Large bunch of grapes
1 Slice lemon with peel
4 Large strawberries
½ Fresh pineapple-- skinned
