"Grate" Eggs

Hi....For years I have chopped up boiled eggs [for salads or sandwiches] with a wire pastry blender.  The little hand-held 4-wire gadget with a handle on the top.   Wires are shaped in a horseshoe and the four wires go into the ends of the handle.

Well this summer I have switched to using a grater to cut up boiled eggs.  It is faster  and cuts up the eggs even finer than the pastry blender.
