How to use Tortilla Press
To make homemade tortillas, place a sheet of plastic wrap along the base of the tortilla press. Place a ball of dough in the center. Set another sheet of plastic wrap over the dough. Lower the top of the tortilla press and push down the handle. After the dough is firmly pressed, open. Peel the plastic wrap off of the tortilla and you are done.

How to cook homemade tortillas
Place newly pressed tortilla onto a preheated griddle or frying pan. Let tortilla sit until the edges begin to dry, then flip it over. Let it cook until the top of the tortilla begins to puff up. Tortillas take approximately 1 ½ to 2 minutes on a hot surface.
