Carbohydrate Count: 1g per serving
1 eye of round steak
2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1. Slice the rib eye into ¼ strips and cook in butter. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper

I recently purchased your Cook'n Recipe Organizer and love it! I have tried several other cookbook programs but found them unsatisfactory.
