Pork Rinds with Sour Cream & Black Olive Dip

Serves: 8

Prep Time: Ready in 15 minutes
Carbohydrate Count: 3g per serving


   1 cup sour cream
   2 cloves garlic
   6 ounces black olives
   1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
   16 ounces bag pork rind (1 bag)


1. Put garlic and black olives into food processor until well chopped. Combine with your sour cream and add ground red pepper to taste. Serve with pork rinds.
