Broiled Tuna Burger

Serves: 6


  Download this recipe.

1 6 1/2-ounce can tuna drained and flaked
2 tablespoons onions chopped
1/4 cup celery chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons mayonnaise real
3 hamburger buns split and toasted
3 to 4 tablespoons butter
6 slices american cheese sharp


1. Combine tuna, onion, celery, relish, and mayonnaise. Spread hamburger buns with butter; top with tuna mixture. Top each with a slice of cheese.

2. Preheat oven broiler. Broil 5 inches from heat for 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
