I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

3 scoops (1/2 cup each) vanilla ice cream

Lighter Chocolate Milk Shakes: For 1 gram of fat and 275 calories per serving, use fat-free (skim) milk; substitute fat-free frozen yogurt for the ice cream.

Berry Milk Shakes: Substitute strawberry or cherry topping or frozen strawberries or raspberries in syrup, thawed and undrained, for the chocolate-flavored syrup.
