Give-Aways

I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

Broiling Kabobs

Hello,

I would like to know how many minutes you can cook beef kabobs in an oven and at what temperature.

Thank you,

Ann McCain

Hi Ann,

You can broil kabobs in the oven, 4-6 minutes from the heat source, and broil for 7-8 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness, turning once and basting during broiling.

Other recipes, say to broil for 7 minutes; turn; broil for another 7 minutes. It will all depend on the thickness of the beef and the desired doneness you wish to achieve.

Hope this helps,

Desi
