Seafood Pasta

Serves: 6

1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 (5-ounce) jars pasteurized process cheese spread sharp
1 cup half and half
1 (10-ounce) package pasta shells
1 (4 1/2-ounce) can shrimp small, drained
1 (7 1/2-ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked or 1 7 1/2 -ounce can Albacore tuna, drained and flaked
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh


Heat oven to 350° F. In medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine; add cheese and half-and-half, blending well. Boil shell macaroni in salted water until just barely tender; drain. Mix sauce and macaroni together. Toss in shrimp, crab meat or tuna, seasonings, and lemon juice. Put in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
