I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Garlic Bread

Serves: 6


Download this recipe.

Have Ready:
1 loaf french bread or Italian bread
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
Garlic salt

You'll Need:
Bread knife
Aluminum foil
2 pot holders


Carefully slice the bread in 1-inch thick slices. Spread a lot of butter or margarine on each slice. Sprinkle just a little bit of garlic salt on each slice. Wrap slices in foil like a loaf. At 6:30, place it in a 350° oven and bake for 30 minutes.
