Double-Cheese Burritos

Serves: 8

4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12-ounce) jar salsa, divided
8 flour tortillas (10-inch)
1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed


Stir chicken, cream cheese and one cup salsa together; mix well. Spoon mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up and place seam-side down in an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. Set aside. Melt cheese cubes in a heavy saucepan; pour over tortillas. Spread with remaining salsa; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
