Line a Pan the Quick Way!

As I was watching your video of Kathy and yourself preparing Toni's Nut Triangles, I noticed how you lined the baking dish with foil.

For a quicker/neater way to line any dish or pan, turn the dish/pan upside down and place the foil over it. Smooth it down over the sides then, lift it off and turn the dish/pan right side up and lay the pre-formed foil in it.

It is a lot simpler than trying to smooth the foil into corners and not tear it.
