What A Cool Tool This Is!

Spiral Slicer, also know as a saladacco, is a great tool to have if you’d like a fun and clever way to add more veggies to your meals. We not only make beautiful carrot salads, steamed zucchini strands and dramatic garnishes with this clever Japanese spiral cutter, we also use it to add vegetable "spaghetti" strands to our pastas. The flavors are out of this world and the nutrition content is boosted through the ceiling!

Here are a couple versions. You’ll need to look around for this — it’s not in Walmart. But they are in specialty kitchen shops.
