The BEST Way to Have Beautiful,
Healthy-Looking Skin With Few or No Wrinkles

by Alice Osborne

Without a doubt, these 5 things are crucial:

Boo, hiss! Eliminate table salt! It might be okay to have a little Celtic or Himalayan salt (health and natural food stores carry it) 1-2 times a week, but not more. All salt draws moisture from the body. Not only does it constipate, it causes irritation because it is so acidic. 1 ounce of sodium chloride (table salt) retains 1 pound of water in the human body.

Bravo and applause! Consume more fruits and vegetables. Its absolute magic! The natural balance of minerals in fruits and veggies helps to flush old toxic acidic buildup from tissues and make skin buttery soft.

Boo, hiss! Avoid trans fats like you would the plague. Deep pores or crater-like pot marks in facial skin are a dead give-away as to what a person is eating—and trans fats are a huge culprit of this skin malady.

Bravo and applause! Eat plenty of beta-carotene in dark leafy greens. Mineral-rich dark greens are easy to digest, provide lots of energy and promote soft, silky skin. Raw, sautéed, chopped and added to soups and stews, as wraps, the approaches are many, and your body will thank you!

Bravo and applause! Do a dry skin brush 5-6 times a week. Just takes 5 minutes, first thing in the morning. Brush towards your heart for best circulation. This habit promotes a beautiful glow and you’ll find you’ll need less, if any moisturizer after brushing.
