Frozen Eggs?
Notes from Folks...


Can you tell me if frozen eggs are okay? My fridge froze a dozen eggs and I want to use them, but not sure if they'd still be any good after they thawed. They are frozen still in their shells. Thanks.

Check out the Freezing Eggs article from the April 27th issue of the Weekly Newsletter. You can freeze eggs for later usage, but unfortunately, not in the shell.
