Hi Al,

Here are some great links to help you in your hunt for pheasant recipes. Your letter brought to mind how my parents used to hunt pheasants out in the fields surrounding our home. One day, while my Mom was riding her horse, a pheasant ran out behind the horse and was stunned by its hoof. My mom gathered up the bird and cooked it for dinner. She said it would be the best pheasant we ever ate because we wouldn't have to worry about swallowing BB's.
