Substituting Agave

Hi was just wondering what would the eqivalent of the 3/4 cup of agave be in sugar. In case our stores dont have the Agave?

Hi Ruth,

As a substitute for sugar, use 3/4 cup agave nectar for 1 cup of sugar, and reduce the liquid content by 1/4 cup.

So, for this recipe (Apple Pie Filling) replace the 3/4 cup agave nectar with 1 cup sugar, and add 1/4 cup liquid (milk or water) with the butter.
