I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Taco Salad

Serves: 6


           Download this recipe.

1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
3 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
Tortilla chip or taco shells


1. Brown the hamburger; drain off fat. Stir in the seasoning mix.

2. Divide and arrange all ingredients among 6 plates.
