To Freeze or Not To Freeze?

I would like to make some turkey soup. Which recipe would freeze well? Add noodles now and freeze or later. I am afraid maybe the noodles will be "mealy" after being frozen. You know, stuff like that.

Hi Honey,

As to freezing Turkey Soup, the following chart will help you choose the best recipe. I think noodles will freeze just fine, but you’d want to avoid recipes calling for potatoes or instant rice.
