Nancy's Crazy About Chocolate Agave Cake

1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup agave
1/2 cup unsweatened baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 8 x8 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine flour,cocoa, salt and baking soda. Make a well in the center, and pour in the oil, vinegar, water, agave and vanilla. Mix well, then pour into a 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar and swirl thin chocolate syrup over cake when served or serve with whipped topping! So moist!
