Fresh Salsa Dip

Serves: 2

3 tomatoes large or 4 medium
1 4 1/2-ounce can olives chopped
1 4-ounce can green chilies diced
2 tablespoons green onions chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


1. Cut tomatoes in half. Squeeze to remove seeds; remove core. Chop and drain tomatoes.

2. In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, olives, green chilies, green onions, vinegar, oil, salt, and garlic powder. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

3. To serve, drain well and place in a bowl.
