Give-Aways

I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups milk
3 eggs

Combine sugar, cinnamon and milk in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and chill for 6-8 hours. When chilled preheat oven to 350°. Reheat milk mixture to scald. Beat eggs in a large bowl and add milk mixture slowly, stirring constantly. Divide mixture among 4 custard cups and dust with cinnamon. Set cups in a baking pan and add hot water to the pan to reach about to the middle of the dishes. Bake for about 30 minutes or until custard is set. Chill or serve warm.
