1 cup vanilla ice cream or strawberry ice cream, slightly softened
1 6-ounce can pineapple juice or 3/4 cup
1 or 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves
1. Place ice cream, pineapple juice, and preserves in an electric blender container. Cover container. Turn blender on to high speed and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth and well blended.
2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
